*More SpecificallyThe game play is fairly simple, that's part of the reason it's a great game. No need to go over rules again and again! Basically there are two sets of cards, one set has descriptions on them (adjectives/adverbs) while the other set has nouns on them. Players are given a set amount of cards that have the "nouns" on them. Then a "description" card is laid in the middle of the table. For Example: You have seven cards in your hand each with a noun – Car, George Washington, Cell Phone, Apples, Candy, Moon, Scientist. Then the dealer/judge lays down a "descriptive" card on the table. Example: Colorful. Now the dealer/judge will choose which card they think best goes with the descriptive card, "Colorful". This is where the leeway comes in. It's totally up to the judge to decide which card they think makes the best match. Since there really can't be a wrong answer in many cases you never know what the judge will choose. So the judge chooses the card "Apples" to go with the descriptive word "Colorful". They then have to explain why they did this. Maybe the judge thinks red and green apples are very colorful and loves to go apple picking? Whatever the case the person who laid down the "Apples" card gets the points. And don't worry each player gets a chance to be the judge!
That's it in a nutshell, simple yet fun for the whole family.
